If you are experiencing the call details and call recording did not update in the Zendesk Ticket, please save the Webphone Console log and send it over to Nautilus Support team.
Please see below for the step by step guide on how to save the Webphone Console Log:
1. Right click on the Webphone/ Nautilus Talk, select 'Inspect'.
2. On the console tab, right click and select 'Save As', and save it into your folder.
3. Send the copy of Webphone/ Nautilus Talk Console Log over to Nautilus support team via email to support@nautilus-network.com.
4. The support will contact you once they checked the log.
