Behaviour of Nautilus mobile app phone
When the mobile phone is connected to Wifi, it will relatively carry good connection as the Wifi is link to a fibre broadband or internet that is ground.
However, note when connecting the phone to a 4G, you may encounter intermittent as the nature of 4G relies on reception. Phone connection to such network will fluctuate quickly. For example, basement and subway has poor reception, so mobile app may go unregister by turning itself to red. To tackle poor reception, try to restart the phone and check the connection again.
It’s always best to find a good reception spot such as open areas. Then check the mobile app for registration of connection by seeing it turn green.
