Nautilus Go Beta Download

To download Nautilus Go Beta, go to the Playstore and download Nautilus Go.

App Permissions

1. When you login to the app the first time, there will be in-app prompts to allow all the necessary permissions for the app to run smoothly. Alternatively, go to phone settings > Apps > Nautilus Go to allow the following permissions:

   • Contacts

   • Microphone

   • Notifications

   • Background App Refresh

For some Android phone models, you may have to allow the permissions for the following as well:

• Appear on Top

• Allow Background Data Usage

• Allow Data Usage While Data Saver is on

• Lock screen notifications

For Samsung Phones

• Special Access > Full Screen Alert

Nautilus Go

1. Enter your username, password, and domain. If you don’t have your login details, please contact support@nautilus-network.com.

   

2. Once logged in, you’ll land on the Dial page.
   • Connection status: Check the circle at the top left. A green circle means your extension is successfully connected.
   • Dialpad: Located in the center of the screen. Enter a phone number, then tap the green button to place the call.
   • Deleting numbers: Use the red cross below the # button to clear digits. 

3. At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see four icons:

• Recent - View your recent call logs.
• Dial - Return to the dialpad.
• Contacts - Access your phone’s contact book. The list shown depends on your permissions (none, full access, or limited access).
• Settings - Adjust app preferences.
    

Calling from Contact List

1. To make an outbound call from your contact list, open “Contacts.”
2. Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the person you want to call.
3. Then, tap the phone icon next to their name to place the call.
