Nautilus Go iOS User Guide

Go here to download Nautilus Go from the App Store.

After installing the app, please make sure the following settings are enabled in your phone:

App Permissions

1. Open Settings > Apps, then select Nautilus App.

2. Enable access to:

   • Contacts

   • Microphone

   • Notifications

   • Background App Refresh

   • Mobile Data

Open the app and tap “Let’s Begin.” You’ll be directed to the login page.

Enter your username, password, and domain.

If you don’t have your login details, please contact support@nautilus-network.com.

Once logged in, you’ll land on the Dial page.

• Connection status: Check the circle at the top left. A green circle means your extension is successfully connected.
• Dialpad: Located in the center of the screen. Enter a phone number, then tap the green button to place the call.
• Deleting numbers: Use the red cross below the # button to clear digits.

At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see four icons:

• Recent - View your recent call logs.
• Dial - Return to the dialpad.
• Contacts - Access your phone’s contact book. The list shown depends on your permissions (none, full access, or limited access).
• Settings - Adjust app preferences.

Calling from Contact List

1. To make an outbound call from your contact list, open “Contacts.”
2. Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the person you want to call.
3. Then, tap the phone icon next to their name to place the call, or
4. Tap the contact’s name on the left to open their details page. From there, tap the phone number to make a call.
