Extension Monitoring and Call Pickup
To ensure no call goes unanswered, every team member can have visibility on the phone status of their different extensions straight from their IP Phone. They are given context on which phones are ringing at any time, and they can press the button assigned to each extension to answer and take over a call.
This is perfect for offices or busy clinics; when a user is away from their desk, other users can see whether a call is coming based on the colors assigned below:
Users can simply press the assigned extension button to pick up the call on their colleague’s behalf; this helps alleviate missed calls and enhances the customer experience!
