It's always important to set time condition on incoming calls so that customer will appreciate the value of work time.
By adding a time condition to calls, you can set announcement for caller that calls in a specific time. When a callers call the main line, they would hear a specific message in which the time condition provides.
First set the time group.
Then attached the time group with a time condition
Setting a time condition is easy, firstly define the time group or time range in other words in usual circumstances the office hour which is usually 8am to 6pm depending on your office hours and set another time group with the after office hours.
Then create a time condition that checks on first the after office hour time group, if it matches the after office hour, route the call to an IVR announcement or to your preferred call destination. If the call does not match, then set it on the next time condition which should be after office hour.
This is generally a basic setup of time condition but the use of it can be broad. You can setup multiple time condition base on the duty time rooster.
