Introduction
This module provides users with a step-by-step guide on how to add their credit card details for future payments.
How to add new credit card details
1. Log in to the Nautilus Reporting Portal, then navigate to the side menu. Go to Administration and select Payment Methods/Cards.
2. To add new card details, click on the “Add New Cards” button as shown in the image below.
3. Fill out the required fields and click “Save.” Please note that once you have added the card information, we can only display the last four digits of the card number, the Card Expiry Date, Name on the Card, and Status.
4. Set your default payment method by clicking on the “Make Default” button next to the card details.
How to edit credit card / payment method
On the Payment Methods page, click on Edit to update the credit card details.
Update the card details and click Save. Please note that you can only update the Card Expiry Date, Name on the Card, and Status. If you need to change the card number, you will need to Add a New Card.
