In-App Permissions
After installing the Certis Phone application, there are a few things you have to manually configure. This is to ensure the best user experience on the app. The steps are highlighted below.
1. Go to your phone Settings and head to Battery Optimisation. Click on the Certis Phone and select "Not Allowed" from the drop-down button. The way Android's Battery Optimisation feature works is that it puts applications to sleep when they are not in use; this disables calls from being pushed to the Certis Phone.
Otherwise, you can also choose to ignore Battery Optimisation during initial boot-up of the Certis Phone. When this pop-up window comes up, choose "Allow."
2. Allow access to photos, media, and other files on your device.
